Open a document

Tap Open file, select a document in Android's file picker, and DocDekho opens it. You can also choose DocDekho from another app's Open with or Share flow when supported.

Open a folder

Tap Open folder and grant access to the chosen folder. The app does not receive access to unrelated folders.

If a file does not open

Confirm that the download completed and try opening it from local storage. Password-protected, damaged or unusually complex files may be unsupported. Include the file type and Android version in your support email, but do not email confidential documents.

Supported categories

PDF; DOCX; XLSX/XLS; PPTX; ODT/ODS/ODP; RTF; TXT/Markdown/code; common images; common audio/video; ZIP/TAR and related archives.
