You can permanently delete your IPO Orbit account yourself. Sign in to verify ownership, then open Account → Delete account in the Android app. On the website, use the button below, sign in and type DELETE to confirm. If your sign-in is older than ten minutes, sign out and sign in again first.
If you cannot sign in, email help@simpliweb.in from your registered email address and request account deletion. We may ask you to verify ownership. Do not send your password or OTP.
What is deleted
The account profile (name, email, mobile number and password hash), active sessions, and outstanding OTP records are removed from the primary database. Saved IPO IDs stored on your device can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
What may remain
Limited security audit entries and hosting access logs may remain temporarily. Hosting backups may contain earlier copies until their normal rotation. If you have a question about retained records, use the support email above. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
