Information we use
For accounts, we collect your name, mobile number, email address and password. The server stores a password hash, not the password itself. To secure sign-in, it stores hashed session tokens, short-lived CAPTCHA and OTP records, rate-limit identifiers derived from IP or account details, and limited administrative audit records. Hosting logs may record your IP address, request time and browser/device information.
Why we use it
We use account details to create your account, let you sign in, deliver a requested login code, prevent abuse and handle support or deletion requests. Saved IPO IDs stay on your device. The app clears its cached IPO content after sign-out; you can clear locally saved items by clearing the app's data.
Service providers and ads
When mobile OTP is enabled and you request one, your mobile number and one-time code are handled by the configured SMS provider, MSG91 or StartMessaging. The app uses Google AdMob for banner ads. Where ads are enabled, Google and its advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP address, ad interactions and diagnostics under their own policies. Ad consent is requested where required and available ad privacy choices appear in the app's Account screen. We do not sell your account details.
Retention and deletion
Account details remain until you delete the account. Normal sign-in sessions expire after seven days; OTPs after five minutes and CAPTCHA codes after ten minutes. Expired security records are cleared by server maintenance. When you delete your account, the primary profile and linked sessions are removed. Limited security audit records and hosting logs may remain temporarily; hosting backups may retain earlier copies until their normal rotation. You can delete your account in the app under Account → Delete account, or follow the web deletion instructions. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on an email request.
Security and contact
We use HTTPS, hashed credentials and restricted administrator access. No internet service can promise absolute security. If this policy changes materially, the updated version and date will appear on this page. Contact help@simpliweb.in for privacy questions.
