Privacy, in plain words.

Last updated: 21 September 2026. This policy describes Puffilo Game’s Android game and local web preview.

Your game stays on your device

No login, profile, email address, location permission, camera, microphone or contacts are needed. Scores, petals, unlocked balloons and preferences are stored locally. We do not run a game server, cloud database, analytics service or online leaderboard.

Advertising

The Android version uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Depending on SDK behavior, Google may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device information, app interactions and diagnostic data to deliver ads, prevent fraud and measure performance. Before advertising starts, a neutral age screen asks for a birth date. The date is immediately discarded; only an adult, minor or unknown category is stored locally. Minors and users who skip receive child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment with G-rated ad requests. Adults receive PG-or-lower requests. We request non-personalized ads for everyone and remove advertising-ID access. These settings do not mean Google processes no data. The browser preview does not load advertising.

Ads are separated from active gameplay. Version 1.0.0 uses banner ads only. Rewarded and interstitial ads are disabled. Connectivity and availability affect ads, never your ability to play.

Your choices

Where applicable, Google’s consent form is shown before requesting ads. You can use Settings → Ad privacy choices to access available privacy options. If consent cannot be established, the game remains playable without ads. We do not sell your game progress.

Children and families

No name or personal profile is requested. A broad local age category controls advertising safeguards; the birth date itself is never saved or transmitted. Users may skip and receive the same conservative treatment as minors. There is no chat, user-generated content, cash prize or in-app purchase.

Storage and deletion

Settings → Reset my progress deletes Puffilo Game’s local scores, currency, unlocks and preferences. Uninstalling or clearing app storage also removes local game data. Resetting game progress does not remove the local advertising age category or reset Google’s consent records or delete data Google has already processed. Google controls the retention of data it processes; see its privacy policy.

Other services and security

When you choose to share a score, the receiving app processes what you share under its own policy. If a public website is hosted later, the host may process standard request logs. There is no automatic cloud backup configured for game progress.
