Resumo: AI Resume Builder is operated by SimpliWeb ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Resumo Android app and this website.

Information we process

When you register, we process your name, email address, a password hash and login tokens. To provide resume features, we process the details you enter, such as contact details, education, experience, skills and projects. Draft details are stored on your device; a completed resume may also be stored with your account on our server. Password reset codes and related security records are used for account recovery.

How we use it

We use this information to create and secure accounts, build and save resumes, generate requested PDF files, recover account access, answer support requests and protect the service from abuse. This website does not use its own analytics or advertising scripts.

Advertising and consent

The Android app uses Google Mobile Ads for a banner on the home screen. Google and its partners may process identifiers, IP address, app activity and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Where required, the app requests advertising consent through Google's User Messaging Platform and offers a privacy choices control. See Google's privacy policy for Google's practices.

Sharing and storage

We share data with our hosting provider to operate the service and with Google for advertising as described above. We do not sell the contents of your resume. Production app and website connections use HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes; authentication tokens are stored as hashes on the server. Data remains while your account is active unless you delete it or a shorter retention period applies to security records.

Your choices and deletion

You can edit resume information in the app. To permanently delete your account and its associated server data, use Delete account and data in the app or visit our account deletion page. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes the local draft from your device. Requests for access or correction can be sent through support.

Children and updates

Resumo is not directed to children. We may update this policy when the app changes; the latest version will be posted here with a new date.
