Frequently asked questions

How do I reset my password?

Open Resumo, select Sign in, then Forgot password?. Enter your account email and follow the six digit code sent to your inbox. Check Spam/Junk if it does not arrive.

Where is my draft?

Your current draft is saved on the device. Completed resumes can be saved to your account. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove the local draft.

How do I delete my account?

From the app's home screen select Delete account and data. You can also use the web deletion page.

Is there AI writing in this version?

The current version has guided questions, editable summary suggestions and professional templates. AI writing tools are planned for a later update.
