Refund Policy

1. Mentorship Programs

2-Session Guarantee: Attend your first 2 sessions — if you feel the mentorship is not right for you, request a full refund within 24 hours of your 2nd session. 100% refund, no questions asked.

After the 2nd session, fees are non-refundable as 1-1 seats are blocked exclusively for you.

2. Digital Products

If a product does not work as described and our support cannot resolve the issue within 7 days, you get a full refund. Refunds are not available for change of mind after access has been delivered.

3. Development Services

Advance payments are adjusted against completed work milestones. If you cancel a project, work completed till date is billed and the remaining advance (if any) is refunded within 7-10 business days.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email help@simpliweb.in with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days via our payment gateway (Cashfree / Instamojo).
