Is VoltRaah free?

Yes. The app is free to use and may display banner ads. VoltRaah does not sell charging sessions or process payment for chargers.

Where does station information come from?

Listings are synced from Open Charge Map contributor data and saved in our database. The app uses the saved listings, so a temporary upstream outage does not remove previously synced stations.

Are chargers available right now?

VoltRaah does not provide live availability. Status, price, access and connector details can change. Confirm with the charging operator before travelling.

Can I search outside my saved city?

Yes. You can change city in the app or search by PIN code, area or station name. The public station directory can also be browsed by city.

How do I delete my account?

In the Android app, open Account → Delete account. You can also use the web deletion page. If you need help, contact help@simpliweb.in.
